Consent to store candidate data

In case my application will not be accepted, I agree that APM shall store my personal data provided during the application process (e.g. letter of intent, curriculum vitae, study certificates, candidate forms, and candidate interviews) beyond the end of the specific application process. I agree that APM shall use the data in order to contact me later and to continue the application procedure if I am eligible for another position.

• In the event where, my letter of intent or other documents submitted by me for the application process I submitted “special personal data categories” under Article 9 of the General Data Protection Regulation (e.g. a photograph from which ethnic origin can be identified, data on the serious degree of disability, etc.), my consent also relates to this data. APM wishes to assess all candidates exclusively on the basis of their qualifications and therefore asks them to give up as much information as possible in their applications.

• This consent shall additionally apply to data regarding my qualifications and activity from generally accessible sources (In particular social professional networks) which APM has lawfully collected within the application process. My personal data will not be forwarded to third parties.

The consent is voluntary and does not influence me in the application process. I can decline my consent without mentioning the reasons and without risking any disadvantages. I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time [– for instance, online through the application system –]; in this case, my personal data will be deleted immediately after the completion of the application process.

Supplementary statement for special categories data:

My APM application contains special categories of personal data (e.g. civil status data that can provide information about my sexual life or sexual orientation; information about my health; a photograph that allows you to identify my ethnic origin and, if applicable, my sight and/or religion; similarly sensitive data as defined in Article 9 of the General Data Protection Regulation). My application may therefore only be processed in the present form with my consent. I agree that APM shall process the specific categories of personal information contained in my letter of application and accompanying documents for the purpose of conducting the application process.  This consent serves exclusively to be able to consider the application in its present form at all.  Unless there is a legal obligation, especially for severely handicapped persons, the information will not be taken into account in the application process. My personal data will not be forwarded to third parties. I am not obliged to express this consent, and instead, I am able to submit an application with the omission of special categories of personal data without this affecting my chances in the application process. I have the right to refuse this consent without specifying the reasons and I can also withdraw my expressed consent at any time. In the event of withdrawal, my data covered by the consent will be deleted immediately. In the event of non-issuance or withdrawal of this consent, the application I have already submitted cannot be taken into account in the present form. 

Consent for using the photographs

APM Personal Leasing GmbH intends to present his applicants/employees on the internet and on advertising material together with a photo.

I agree that my portrait photograph will be published on the Internet and on other advertising materials for this purpose. My consent also includes information resulting from my photo, related to my ethnic origin, religion or health (e.g. skin colour, covering my head, glasses).

Information on internet can be accessed internationally and may be found through search engines and associated with information so a profile of personality can be created. Information on internet, including the photographs, may easily be copied and shared. There are specialized archival services that aim to document the status of specific web pages at certain intervals. This means that the information published on internet may be found elsewhere after their deletion from the initial page.

• The visibility through search engines is important for the success of the web page. I therefore agree that web publishing should not contain "express blocking in the virtual environment" for search engines.

• No, I request the „blocking in the virtual environment” for search engines on the www. page which contains my data/photo. Whether and to what extent search engines will comply with this prohibition, however, it remains at the choice of the search engine.

This consent shall be expressed on a voluntary basis.  I have the right to refuse without mentioning the reasons and without attracting any disadvantages. I have the right to withdraw my consent in text format (e.g. letter, e-mail) at any time. My photo will be removed immediately from the internet and will no longer be used by APM Personal Leasing GmbH for other printed materials.
